I've spent my career growing and coaching engineering teams, while staying in it with them, and never getting too far from the code. I started in consulting and professional services, and now lead platform engineering and AI enablement at a product company.

In 2023, I published Frictionless Enterprise: Shred Tech Baggage and Create Perpetual Momentum - an immensely applicable guide to identifying and removing organizational and technical friction that keeps engineering teams from delivering. Three years later, the principles I explored in this book remain true… and the same principles make a codebase frictionless for AI.
